Generally speaking, the sciatica only affects one side of the lower part of the back. Usually, the pain generated from sciatica extends from the lower back forward to the back of the thigh and down through the leg. The feeling caused by sciatica would be varied from person to person. Some people’s pain is serious and feeble while others may feel the pain is rarely and provoking while it also has the potential to become worse.
