Taking a vitamin A or E supplement to protect skin deterioration

Get vitamins A and E to protect our skin from deterioration is a good idea.

You know when we get older, our skin start to lose its firmness. Our skin cells, elastin and collagen will breakdown.

When our skin lose its firmness, our skin will get wrinkles and other skin deterioration.

But if you take vitamin A or E supplement you can help stop or slow down skin deterioration. As these supplements contain collagen and elastin, and they can help us to protect again skin deterioration.

To strengthen skin cells,  thus improve the overall appearance of our skin, we’d better take Vitamins A, E, or some other natural minerals as our supplements.

But if you want to consume dietary supplements or other medications, you’d better consult a good skin doctor prior to that.
