Healthy diet for cellulite reduction

Eat a healthy diet rich in grains, fresh, raw fruits and vegetables. Cutting down on fatty foods, packaged or processed foods, sugars and starches removes a number of toxins introduced to your body. Avoid crash dieting and trying to lose large amounts of weight in a short time. Losing weight quickly makes cellulite apparent because it inhibits the skin from keeping it’s elastic quality.
