Take short baths or showers in warm water. Avoid taking hot baths.Try you best to limit showers and baths to one every day. Use soap needed areas, such as underarms and groin. Remember to apply lotions and moisturizers to the body after bathing. Apply moisturizer while your skin is still damp after bathing. This step can restore the skin’s moisture. Pat your skin dry after washing. Teaspoons of olive oil or lavender-scented oil can helpful for you, you can consider to add some of them to your bath.
